What happens to my business information?

What do you use my data for?

We use business information to provide, secure and support Kwilo. We do not sell personal data. The privacy notice explains our role, who information may be shared with and your business’s responsibilities for the records it adds.

What happens if I leave?

When the Owner closes a workspace, Kwilo provides an export of the records covered by its closure process. Your business must keep the exported records for the periods that apply. The privacy notice explains the export, deletion and any information we must retain.

Who can see or change my records?

Signed-in accounts, workspace roles and permissions limit access. Your business needs to invite the right people, review their access and protect its accounts and devices. Our security page explains the safeguards we use and how to report a concern.

What do I still need to check?

Check customer messages, money actions and tax-related records before using them. HMRC filing happens through compatible software or an authorised agent outside Kwilo. AI does not take responsibility for those decisions.

How is AI used?

AI may help with drafting, transcription, summaries or suggestions. You decide whether to use the result.

Your data and public AI models.We do not use business data to train public AI models unless that use is explicitly disclosed and authorised.
Check drafts before using them.AI can get names, figures and descriptions wrong. Check a draft against your records before sending it to a customer or relying on it for prices, tax or compliance work. Correct or reject anything that does not fit.

Do I have to accept cookies?

Browse without accepting non-essential cookies.You can read the public pages and product tour without accepting non-essential cookies.
Public pages and sign-in are different.The signed-in service may use cookies or similar storage for accounts, security and core product features.
Manage storage in your browser.Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary storage may stop sign-in or core product features from working.
